Not that I'm complaining but the pants falling down style (for lack of a better word) seems to have faded,at least in this area. It was kind of a weird thing in that it was like a train wreck,a person really didn't want to look yet that's exactly what a person did. It didn't seem like an ethnic thing because it wasn't isolated with one group,other than the age factor. All that aside a city in Florida had a law on the books for 13 years making "saggy pants" a civil citation offense,they recently voted to appeal the law stating it targeted African American males. Gee,after 13 years? I'd have to say if that's what they finally concluded it was awfully "white" of them.
