Or in the case of a ruined crop of peppers you make hot sauce instead of lemonade. This actually happened last summer just before time to harvest the peppers,the entire crop of one farm was damaged by a hail storm. The farmer was distraught and figured that might be the end of his business but the hot sauce company who usually buys his crop asked him what he was going to do with the peppers which was compost them so the hot sauce guy asked to take them and see what he could do. Not only was the hot sauce company able to salvage the peppers and make a new hot sauce,"Hail Fire" they are also giving back the profits to the pepper farmer! It's so nice to hear about people being nice to each other when there is so much hatred afoot.
