A Santa Rosa,CA man who built a fence to keep his dogs in had to cut it down to the 36 inch maximum after a neighbor complained. I'm not taking sides but he should have checked on the requirements before he put the fence up,and the neighbor may have been better off with the fence to look at as his yard looks a little unruly,but I digress. The man owns a moving company and had kept 5 mannequins from a clothing store he had cleared out and decided to put the naked group in his yard to get back at the complaining neighbor. Isn't the saying "Good fences make good neighbors" (Robert Frost) applicable here?
