Today's post might be filed under "learn something new" for most of us,though there's always the chance that I'm the only one who's never heard of the Immortal Jellyfish. This interesting little guy as an adult is only 0.18-0.4 inches in diameter but the size is nothing compared to the fact that they truly are immortal. They avoid death from old age or severe wounds by reverting back to their polyp stage plus in the process of reverting back they also create clones. My next question is how many scientists are studying this puppy and how long until their findings can be applied to human/animal suffering?
