A store in Kuwait is closed awaiting the scales of justice to grind out their sentence for putting googly eyes on fish to make them appear fresher. It seems like they should at least get a C for creativity, though they must still value honesty above a nice try in their country. I've always been told that a fish store shouldn't smell like fish if the fish is fresh,though no one has ever mentioned that the fish should not have fake eyes. The googly eyes really do look pretty weird on a fish.
