A 24 year old football fan thought it would be a funny joke to hold up a sign requesting beer money during an ESPN broadcast at Iowa State University. The sign read,"Busch Light needs replenished"and included his account information for money transferring app Venmo. In a matter of minutes $400 had been added to his account. As the money continued to pour into his account he realized that he could do something useful with the funds so he is now fundraising for University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital. Busch and Venmo both agreed to match his total amount which came to $20,000 so the hospital ended up with $60,000. You've got to love those big hearted beer drinkers.
