With child abuse laws being what they are I'm surprised to find that Wrinkles the clown even exists but since he does the next question is how have these parents who hired him to scare their "bad" children not been arrested? Wrinkles is a retired divorced veteran from Rhode Island who bought a clown costume instead of the customary golf clubs.
