Gyro can be said as either YEE-ro or ZHEE-ro. Next is acai, the wonder berry is said ah-sah-EE. Pho, the Vietnamese noodle broth is said fuh. British English has its own way of saying words, like Worcestershire, is said, WUSS-tuh-shuh. Last for today is gnocchi, the Italian potato dumplings, are said, NYOH-kee rather than NOH-kee.
