This last Sunday the Downhill Dummies Event was held at Mt. Ashland,OR. Even though the event was cancelled last year due to the pandemic there was a good turnout this year with 20 participants. The object is to have fun by creating a dummy weighing less than 125 lbs who is capable of sliding down a slope on either skis or a snowboard and being demolished when they hit the huge jump. They are judged on creativity,their run,their craft and their air time. The winner is awarded a season pass.
