Though the facts differ on yesterday's Josh fight the concept of the event started a year ago out of boredom when Josh Swain decided to start a Josh chat group. One thing led to another and he challenged all the people named Josh to a fight for the right to the name Josh. Yesterday either dozens or hundreds showed up in a field outside Lincoln,Nebraska and fought with pool noodles with some donning costumes. It was finally decided when Yousef Nasser a five year old who wasn't named Josh was crowned the official Josh. Visitors and entrants were encouraged to bring food for the local food bank and a fundraiser was launched for the Children's Hospital. Next year in June a battle of the Matts is scheduled to take place in Eugene,OR.
