Remember when red wine was supposed to be good for you? Well, they've changed their minds once again and all they have to say about red wine now is that for it to have any health benefits a person would need to consume mass quantities, or as they put it, "an impossibly large amount of wine to see an effect." Good thing no one took that advice seriously, or did they? Now these same researchers are saying less is more when it comes to any alcohol, which I think everyone pretty much knew to begin with. Now the limits are a drink a day for women and two drinks a day for men...even though they did specify the amount considered a drink that doesn't mean a person can't decide what size a drink is.
