An automatic alert was sent for a power outage,where else...Florida that informed customers "power outage and zombie alert,there are now far less than 7,380 customers involved due to extreme zombie activity." I'm not inferring that zombies are stupid,though they aren't as quick thinking as most of the living,so with that theory in mind it would explain a lot about Florida.
