Panda Parlor

A Chinese businessman looking for a way to be different from the regular pet cafes decided to dye his Chow Chow dogs to look like pandas. They are located in the Sichuan province which is one of the few provinces that are still home to the endangered panda who are considered a national treasure. Of course PETA had to step in and ask people not to patronize the establishment even though the dyes were imported for the fact that they were safe plus they only dyed the outer hairs so there was no contact with the dog's skin. The Candy Planet Pet Cafe also offers to dye customers dogs for $212.28 in case a person wants a panda to go.
