Until I came across Smartmouth Brewing Saturday Morning IPA I had no idea there was such a thing as marshmallow beer,in fact they don't seem to go together but apparently that's just me. It was never mentioned if you just drink it like a regular beer of if it should be poured over cereal. The secret ingredient in Saturday Morning IPA is Lucky Charms marshmallows,which brings to mind the question of how they get the marshmallows,does someone pick them out of boxes of Lucky Charms? or can they be bought in bulk at a marshmallow specialty shop? The beer also contains calypso and galaxy hops both of which are known for their fruity flavor. So far the brew is only available in Virginia but if your interested you could check with the brewery to see if they may start shipping to other areas...then again maybe just pouring a beer over a bowl of Lucky Charms would be the same deal.
