Missing Anything?

Since a crackdown on banking secrecy Switzerland has seen more gold in their system seemingly because it is harder to track? Which brings about the story of how the authorities have been trying to find the owner of 7.6 pounds of gold valued at $191,000 since last October when it was left in a parcel on a train bound for Lucerne. The owner has five years to prove ownership of the gold bars. I can't help but wonder how one would prove ownership, but there must be a way or they wouldn't be trying to find the owner. The other part that bothers me is why would someone be riding a train with $191,000 in gold bars and if there was nothing nefarious about it surely they would have come forward by now.
