This story reminded me of an instance at work about violence in the work place. With homeschooling being the new normal this is a good example of why parents should check their children's work before they send it off. The girl's class had an assignment to find facts about violins,she started off okay by saying they were made of wood,then things went wrong. Apparently she had googled violence instead of violins as she went on to list 5 types of violin: 1. sexual 2. suicide 3. youth 4. intimate 5. child maltreatment. She topped my response to the pre-work communication where I said,"we'll never be able to perform a decent rendition of "Kashmir" if we don't have violins in the workplace."
