Short and Curly

As wonderful as the internet is for information there are still times when the information's accuracy can only be supplied by a real person. One such case was when Hell's Basement Brewery in Canada decided to name their new pale ale Huruhuru, which they thought meant feather in Maori, because it was light as a feather. As it turns out the word has multiple meanings though the most common one is pubic hair. A Maori TV personality called the brewery out on their error saying it was a classic case of entitlement and they should stick with their own language. The brewery apologized and said it wasn't their intention to dishonor the Maori culture of people. Needless to say they will be renaming this brew.
