Having a pet is supposed to be good for the owner's health in several ways though in this case the man's cat nearly killed him. An UK man was home alone with his Egyptian sphinx kitten when the cat jumped,latching onto the man's leg with his teeth causing him to stumble and fall down the remaining 14 stairs. In a heap at the bottom of the stairs he had to lie there for 14 hours until his partner got home from her shift at work. He's suffered a fractured skull,a broken neck,two breaks to the spine,nine broken ribs each with multiple fractures causing blood to collect in his lungs,but having a pet is good for your health? Maybe not this time.
