While wandering the web earlier I happened upon an article that still has me puzzled/laughing. Benefit/Benetint,a company who makes lip/cheek coloring revealed that the initial use for their product was neither for the lips nor the cheeks but a nipple stain for strippers and exotic dancers. No big deal,right? Wrong,the customers went crazy swearing to never buy the brand again and on and on. What possible difference could it make? It's still made of the same stuff which is safe to use and many things used today for whatever purpose weren't originally designed for that purpose,so what's up with that? Are people just looking for things to go all Karen over? and who knew strippers used nipple stain?
