Maybe it's not really news to everyone but some of the benefits of dark chocolate aren't as well known as its ability as an antioxidant. For instance the higher the amount of cacao in the dark chocolate makes it nearly a perfect food. It truly has it all,protein,vitamins and its chock full of minerals. This is not true of any of the processed type of milk chocolates which have a higher level of fat and only traces of the good stuff in dark chocolate. If you happen to be addicted to processed chocolate not to worry you can slowly learn to love the dark chocolate by gradually increasing the amount of cacao in your chocolate choices. Do yourself a flavor and eat more dark chocolate!
