Buddy an Australian bull calf who was orphaned when his mother got stuck in a dam at only one day old was adopted by a couple who lived nearby. Their German Shepard had recently given birth to a litter of 11 puppies but that didn't deter her from treating the calf like part of her litter. Now Buddy is six weeks old and acts like his puppy siblings,wagging his tail when he is excited or happy,playing chase and cuddling with the rest of the litter at nap time. His adopted mom keeps him and the rest of the litter meticulously groomed and the owners plan to keep him as a pet even when he gets to big to sleep on their veranda.
