A woman recently posted a photo of her "roast dinner" to the Facebook page Rate My Plate and received rave reviews rather than the usual derogatory remarks the page seems to generate. What the respondents didn't realize is that it wasn't a roast dinner at all but a cupcake which she had made and decorated with her self taught baker skills. Her work is pretty amazing from what I've seen. When I was a kid one of my mother's friends used to make us girls birthday cakes with a doll in the middle and god awful frosting for the skirt of the dress,but it was the thought that counts.
