What About Books?

I read an article earlier about a librarian in the UK who goes to the library once a week to check on things. This time when she arrived she found the cleaning person had done a deep clean and left the books arranged by size, which meant a lot of work to get them back in order, though it might have been worse had the cleaner tried to put them in order. After reading that I started wondering how books would be made safe once the lock down is lifted since the virus can live on paper from 3 hours to 9 days. The only suggestion was ultra violet light,so will libraries and used book stores have to install  book sanitizing devices or will they have to quarantine books until they are deemed safe? Another thing that is surprising to me is that libraries weren't considered essential businesses since I'm sure there are many folks who depend on books for their sanity especially in a situation like we are experiencing now.
