Most everyone enjoys people watching but this woman might be depending on it a little too much for her entertainment and apparently has no back up plan. She lives in a ground floor apartment with no yard but it has a window that she enjoys watching the neighborhood activity at the end of the day. On a recent evening a neighbor parked his work van on the public street in front of her window which was perfectly legal though the woman even consider calling the number on the van with an emergency just to get it moved. I can relate to her frustration especially in these trying times but at the same time she seems indifferent to the needs of others in her neighborhood. It can't be said enough,"We're all in this together".
