The accuracy we've all come to expect from Groundhog's Day predictions is on shaky ground this year with multiple contradictions. Punxsutawney Phil condemned us to 6 more weeks of winter though another East Coast prognosticator,Staten Island Chuck,AKA Charles G. Hogg opted for early spring. Closer to home in Portland Filbert the beaver also indicated spring was near. Time will tell. Speaking of closer to home what happened to FuFu the weather predicting hedgehog who used to do West Coat predictions? I didn't notice a death notice for FuFu,though the last FuFu weather report was in 2018.
