If this isn't enough to make any allergy sufferer paranoid I don't know what is. A 53 year old man showed up at the ER in France complaining that his right eye was driving him crazy after working in his garden. During a brief examination the doctors found about a dozen larvae in his eye and begin removing them with forceps. You may be thinking this is a one of a kind event but it is common enough to have an official name, external ophthalmomylasis. That's enough to make most people's eyes bug out!
