Fair warning: today's post is meant in the spirit of fun and not to be taken seriously, unless that is your personal choice!
I was thinking about natural selection and how the weakest, oldest or sickest of a herd is always the first to be nabbed by a predator as they are bringing up the rear of the herd. Now here is the tricky part...if that holds true for zebras and buffalo and other herding animals would the same hold true for your brain cells? The more weak and old cells you eliminated due to alcohol or drugs the better chance your healthy brain cells would have of living and prospering. Of course if that were true the young adults and even teens would actually be as smart as they think they are,so it looks like it is back to the drawing board with that thought!
