Baggy Pants Explained!

If you have ever scratched your head and stared in confusion when you've seen the enormous pants that hang almost around the knees in a fashion as to expose the wearers undergarments,you are not alone. I came across a story about baggy pants that offers one possible explanation. A Florida sheriff was parked in a 7-Eleven parking lot when he noticed a man who had entered the store while he was parked there come out of the store looking considerably bulkier so he confronted the man. The 38 year old man had 15 quart size bottle of Pennzoil motor oil and 30 DVDs tucked away in his baggy pants. He was later charged with felony theft after it was discovered this was his third arrest for the same type of theft.
