Bibliophiles Delight?

I have featured several posts about the odd/interesting ingredients being used to brew beer but neglected to find any cocktails with weird twists,so today's the day! A bar in D.C. named the Columbia Room make a cocktail they call "In Search of Time Past". They bought 100 old books , vacuum sealed the pages with grapeseed oil, then fat washed the infusion with a neutral high proof spirit. The result of that is then mixed with Armagnac, vintage PX sherry,a porcini cordial and eucalyptus. The concoction is then served in a flask from a hollowed out book, they claim it tastes like old books. I'm a book lover and love the smell, but this doesn't strike me as a drink I would want any more than a taste of.
