We've heard the adage failure to plan but this 22 year old got it backwards,hey maybe he is dyslexic! While he was waiting in his mother's car to take the driver license test he thought he would toke up so he wouldn't get nervous (okay,I'm making up the part about him being nervous). When the DMV license examiner came out to the car she smelled what she suspected to be marijuana so she went back inside and notified Maryland State Patrol. The policeman also noticed the smell and asked the man if he had been using marijuana,he said yes and handed over a small bag. A probable cause search ensued and uncovered over a pound of pot,scales,$15,000,a 9mm handgun complete with 30 round magazine. Needless to say the young man is still without a driver license.
