I may be missing the point of the "husband storage pod" which is to keep your husband entertained at the mall while you shop,but I can't help but wonder why you would bring any person shopping if they didn't want to go? It would make sense if these video game equipped pods were for children who you might be shopping for and when you accomplished their shopping you could deposit them in the pod and go about you business picking them up later for a meal or to go home. So far this is just an experiment at one mall in Shanghai,but I have a feeling it will catch on and be headed stateside before long.
