Technically it's not another uary because the first example was Januhairy so it's more like another play on the month as a whole. Today's weirdness comes out of the UK where a popular pub chain is featuring cauliflower steaks for the same price as beef steaks for the month of Veganuary. Some folks were outraged that the vegan offering was the same price,personally it seems like it probably is a lot more labor intensive to prepare the vegan choice so I have no problem with the price,plus I don't think vegans are into being vegans solely about the cost of what they eat.
