After mixed reactions to yesterday's post I couldn't resist following it up with a post on UK flavored crisps,aka potato chips in US speak. Walker's Crisps announced they were bringing back Brussels Sprouts flavored crisps for Christmas season by popular demand,of course this brought both elation and dismay somewhat like the baby cabbages themselves,you either love them or hate them. Walker's is also adding to their Christmas lineup with more new flavors,glazed ham,pigs in a blanket,turkey and stuffing,plus cheese and cranberry. The selection bags contain 2 packs of 3 different flavors and sell for around $2.04,the 75 g. single flavor bags go for about $1.23. Whether you're a sprout lover or hater Walker's sold 15 million packs of the sprout flavored crisps last Christmas season. I may have to order some of these online just to test drive them.
