What's the Catch?

A St. Louis,MO bar is either setting a new business model,or setting itself up to go broke. Instead of charging the customers per drink they are charging by the hour. Open Concept charges $10 per hour for beer, wine and certain mixed drinks, for $20 an hour the customer has access to top shelf booze, cocktails and straight shots. I'm aware of several people who could easily drink more than $10 worth in an hour for that matter $20 an hour would still be a bargain,so I'm thinking they must have a loophole where they cut you off if you have more than a certain number of drinks in an hour's time, though they claim to give Pedialyte to customers who appear intoxicated I'm guessing that is to head off a hangover? The fitting cliche for today's post would be,"If it sounds to good to be true,it probably is."
