Soak It In

Since beer spas were first used around 2000 years ago it seems like everyone would have heard of them by now but if you haven't that's okay, neither had I. They originated in China and Egypt and were used by royalty for hygiene, improved immunity and treatment for sickness.Odd as it sounds there are many health benefits from a soak in the suds,we all know yeast is good for you and soaking in beer allows the yeast to open/cleanse the pores regenerating skin cells and relieving stress. Hops are antioxidants they help remove toxins and are anti-inflammatory. If you still aren't convinced that's okay as drinking beer is healthful too,it is beneficial to your mind and internal organs,it may also be helpful in preventing osteoporosis. Writing about this has given me a sudden craving for a brew unfortunately I don't have any on hand.
