Either he had pouches sewn into his underwear or he had squirrel like butt cheeks that expanded as he filled them,or he could clench tight enough to hold that cash load in place,which seems doubtful given he doesn't look to be a body builder. The man in question is an ally of the Brazilian president,authorities first found money in a safe in his home,then they noticed a rectangular bulge in his pants when he turned to go to the bathroom,after asking three more times the man had finally drained his reserves. He still claims no wrongdoing but has been suspended from his position.
