Wait,What?

Move over Florida and make room for the Midwestern whack-a-doodles. A state trooper in Wisconsin stopped a 23 year old driver for transporting a snowmobile on top of his sedan. The man explained he had just bought the snowmobile and was taking it to a friends house to show him,he said he had strapped it down and shook it and people did it all the time on the back roads,he also explained his Minnesota plates by saying he had purchased the vehicle last spring but hadn't got around to getting new plates. He was ticketed for not wearing a seat belt and given a warning about the improper load. I'd say he got off extremely easy but what I really want to know is how he got the snowmobile on top of his rig?
