Only a handful of states still require potential drivers to pass parallel parking when taking their driving test,not that it would have prevented this man from his death defying parking feat. A Connecticut (note it wasn't Florida!) was pulled over for suspicion of drunk driving but when the police told the man to put the car in park he fled the scene and crashed his girlfriends car into the side of a building...did I mention it was eight feet off the ground? Apparently determined to avoid arrest he somehow managed to escape the wreckage and wasn't found until the next afternoon when he went to a hospital for treatment. A large crane was used to extract the car from the building. I wonder how the girlfriend took the news?
