Feeling Eely?

I'm not sure if this drink is still available as it was launched in the summer of 2008 in Japan, since I just read about it yesterday it seems brand new to me. The drink is called Unagi Nobori or "Surging Eel" and is a soda style energy drink made with, drum roll please, eels. Of course eel is a popular summer treat in Japan and the drink with its vivid yellow color contains vitamins extracted from the heads and bones of eels and is said to taste like broiled eels. It is marketed mainly for the male population exhausted by the summer heat. Previous summer drink favorites in Japan have included "Cool Cucumber Pepsi" and "Water Salad" Coke.
