A 39 year old Eugene,OR man spent 12 hours perched on a railroad crossing sign naked and undetected by the police. While he was up there he sat through both rain and darkness and probably could have continued his vigil had he not started throwing rocks at passersby. Of course one has to wonder where he was keeping the rocks but since one person was injured we can rest assured he had rocks to throw. When he finally decided it was time to come down he took off running until he was tackled by a K-9 officer. He put the dog in a headlock and punched him several times which added assault of an officer to his lengthy list of charges.
