This beer sounds like it was brewed to lure me back into being a beer drinker. Signal One 2.0 is a pineapple IPA infused with 500 Carolina Reaper Chilies. It is brewed by Maltese Brewing Company in Fredericksburg,VA by two alumni of Virginia's University of Mary Washington. They are hoping to set a Guinness World Record for world's spiciest beer and are currently calculating the capsaicin and dihyrocapsaicin according to the Scoville Heat Index and will submit their finding later this month. Betcha can't drink just one!
