If Robert Frost was correct about good fence making good neighbors does it follow that shitty fences make shitty neighbors? A Michigan farmer built a 250 foot fence out of cow manure after a dispute with his neighbor over the property line. I'm not sure if the fence solved the problem but it made the man who built the fence tenants unhappy since they can't even leave a window open without the smell permeating the entire house. Officials said there's nothing they can do about it because it is on the neighbor's property. The whole affair sounds like a crock of crap to me.
