Smokin

It is entirely possible that I am the only person on the planet that didn't know several common vegetables contain nicotine. The eggplant (hard to not be suspicious of a purple veggie) has the highest concentration of nicotine,of course you would have to eat around 20 pounds of eggplant to get the same amount of nicotine in one cigarette or 10 grams of eggplant is roughly the same as three hours exposure to second hand smoke. The eggplant is also a good source of fiber,vitamin B1,B6 and potassium,in addition it contains a powerful antioxidant and helps lower cholesterol. Other vegetables containing nicotine include: cauliflower,potatoes,and tomatoes in any form (green,ripe,puree,juice). From everything I read you can still enjoy these veggies without fear of addiction and nicotine patches are not required for normal consumption!
