June 2014 was the 10 year anniversary of the World Famous Cheap Chic Weddings Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest sponsored by Charmin. The contest stats in March every year,contestants must use Charmin brand toilet paper for their creations. They can use any type of tape/glue or a needle and thread. The dress must be able to be worn by a human and be able to be taken off and on. The 10 finalists compete for the Grand Prize of $10,000,$5,000 Second Place and $2,500 Third Place in New York City. This is one of the most creative wedding ideas I have heard of...judge for yourself when you view a few of the designs!
