Accidents as a rule are not funny but there are exceptions to every rule. Yesterday afternoon a semi hauling a load of bananas caught fire when the breaks overheated. I'm sorry but doesn't that sound like the perfect lead in to a joke? I have been trying to come up with a punchline since I read about it but I keep getting hung up on Bananas Foster. Apparently it made for quite a hot and slimy mess closing all but one lane of traffic on I-5 until Wednesday evening. Other than the bananas,truck,and trailer there were no injuries. If anyone has a punchline for this let me know!
