I have no idea if dolls made for pedophiles are a god send or some kind of sick joke. The maker of the dolls claims they have helped him in his struggle with an ongoing sexual attraction to children. His company makes lookalikes of children as young as five and in the UK childlike sex dolls are available in a size comparable to a three year old girl. The customers write to thank the makers for allowing them their fantasies without actually committing a crime. There are also childlike sex robots being constructed with the same purpose in mind. It seems weird to me but if it is saving children from abuse I would be in favor.
