Even though today's post could have happened anywhere it took place in Florida, thought I would go ahead and mention that before I got going! A 28 year old Miami lawyer was defending a client accused of arson (setting his own car on fire) when he started fidgeting with his pants pocket. He then rushed from the courtroom and when he returned claimed an e-cigarette had set his pants on fire and denied staging the fire as a stunt to illustrate his clients defense. His client was found guilty and the lawyer himself is under investigation and may be found in contempt of court.
