Today's post would be humorous if not for the trouble the pharmacist is going to have. A New York man is suing CVS for his marriage breaking up after his wife was told his Viagra prescription was not being covered by insurance as the man had told them he wanted to pay out of his own pocket ($60 per pill). True the pharmacist was breaking with HIPPA rules by mentioning it to his wife but let's face it the marriage was probably already in trouble if the man was getting Viagra and his wife didn't know. Sadly he will more than likely win and my only hope is the wife ends up with her fair share.
