It's a car,it's a boat,it's both,it's neither. The Florida man who built the boat/car in three days says he did it after he was told by his doctor to get his affairs in order but instead he got a second opinion and is no longer putting anything off. The rig is street legal and the man and his wife enjoy the smiles it brings and the connections that are made no matter how brief. It is a full time convertible and if it rains the captain has you covered with swim masks and snorkels.
