Hangover Illness

Not to sure this one is really going to fly but a court in Germany defined an illness as any disruption to the normal state/activity of the body even temporary changes such as a hangover. This was brought about because of complaints against a company who was selling hangover cures that didn't work. So now that a hangover is officially an illness I am guessing it would be a perfectly valid reason to call in sick which is why it doesn't seem likely to hold up once companies start suffering the hangover's effects. Oddly enough the decision was reached days after the Oktoberfest beer festival.
